a day with the downies...

Photography is quickly proving to be one of my most favorite things to do...
especially when it means I get to hang with my family more!
I loved watching my sweet nephew Karter and niece Kennedi run around and play.
I often get to enjoy this, when our families get together, but not often do I get to when it's just them...
I loved it!
They are two of the spunkiest, sweetest, kind, gentle, and even sometimes crazy kids I know.
They have two amazing parents, who show such patience and love!

Can't believe Karter is 4 already!

Yeah, that's right! I am turning 2!

I was delighted to meet this family!

After waiting out the morning rain, we decided to give it a go...hoping the rain would subside,

so we could capture this sweet family of four.

Little did we know, not only would the sun come out...it would become blazzin' hot!

I was so thrilled that they trusted in me, and they were so patient...even as we were all dripping sweat!

Thank you Natalie for allowing me an opportunity to meet with you and your adorable family.

Congratulations on your new addition...your boys are simply precious!
